Phuoc Thanh carried out the construction and full finishing of Celadon City (Block A7, D & E) – comprising 01 basement and 12 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 120,000 m? in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in 02/2016 and completed in 04/2018.

Phuoc Thanh executed the structural works, finishing (excluding aluminium and glazing), and M&E systems for the Phuoc Kien Lavila Villa Complex—a 3-storey development with a total floor area of 15,000 m? in Phuoc Kien A Residential Area, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City—commenced in September 2017 and completed in September 2018, helping to improve the quality of the residential community and foster local urban growth.

Phuoc Thanh carried out the structural works of the Citrine Apartment – a 16-storey, 1-basement residential building with a total floor area of 25,000 m? in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in 04/2018 and completed in 02/2019, contributing to the quality housing supply in East Saigon.
