The project comprises one basement level and eighteen above-ground storeys, with a total gross floor area of 52,010 m². À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ serves as the Design & Build (D&B) general contractor, responsible for structural works, finishing, and the complete mechanical–electrical (M&E) systems. Construction commenced in December 2019 and was completed in September 2021, contributing to improved residential infrastructure and setting a new standard of living for the area’s residents.
