TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY OF THE “CITRINE APARTMENT” PROJECT – DISTRICT 9

At 3:00 p.m. on 20 March 2019, ݮƵ Joint Stock Company, together with Thu Duc Housing Development Joint Stock Company (TDH), held the topping-out ceremony for the high-rise Citrine Apartment on Tang Nhon Phu Street, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.

With the desire to meet consumer demand and supply the market with valuable, high-quality real-estate products, Thu Duc Housing Development JSC (Thuduc House) commenced construction of the Citrine Apartment high-rise project. The project is located on the frontage of Tang Nhon Phu Street, Phuoc Long B Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, in a bustling residential area and opposite the Phuoc Long Spring Town complex—also a Thuduc House development.

During the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Cao Tri expressed gratitude to the engineers and construction workers for their dedication throughout the project and congratulated TDH on future developments, affirming Ptcons’ commitment to reasonable costs and the highest quality.

Mr. Le Hoang Chau, Chairman of HoREA, remarked that Citrine Apartment was one of the few projects to reach its topping-out stage in the first quarter of that year, highlighting the legal reviews and inspections that had slowed the Ho Chi Minh City real-estate market.

The event featured two parts: the “Thuong Luong” ritual, in which leaders jointly raised a steel beam with a bandroll; when the bandroll was lowered to the 14th floor, the topping-out rite was completed.

The Citrine Apartment project covers more than 1.7 ha, including 40 townhouses, a high-rise apartment building, internal roads, a park, and a kindergarten.
