On June 6, 2025, Ph瓢峄沜 Th脿nh Construction Joint Stock Company and Kh岷 Ho脿n Land Group officially signed a cooperation agreement, marking a new milestone in both parties’ development journeys. Under this agreement, Ph瓢峄沜 Th脿nh will serve as the general contractor for the structural and finishing works of the Kh岷 Ho脿n Prime project, which is expected to become a new living icon in the Southern area of Ho Chi Minh City.
Boasting a prime riverside location and modern design, Kh岷 Ho脿n Prime is a large-scale project demanding high technical standards and strict construction timelines. Its execution requires a general contractor with hands-on experience, comprehensive quality control, and robust risk management capabilities.
