On the morning of July 26, 2025, Ph瓢峄沜 Th脿nh successfully held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Setia Gardens Residences project. The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere with the attendance of representatives from the Consulate General of Malaysia in Ho Chi Minh City, leaders of Lai Thieu Ward, the Board of Directors of the Investor S P Setia, the Executive Board of the General Contractor Ph瓢峄沜 Th脿nh, consultants, supervisors, subcontractors, and distinguished guests. This event marks an important milestone in the journey of creating premium living spaces by S P Setia 鈥 one of Malaysia鈥檚 leading real estate corporations.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Firdauz Othman 鈥 Consul General of Malaysia in Ho Chi Minh City affirmed: 鈥淭oday鈥檚 groundbreaking ceremony not only marks the start of a construction project but also stands as a vivid testament to the long-term, strong cooperation between Malaysia and Vietnam.
