• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, feasibility analyses, and quantity take-offs for construction works.
• Develop, manage, monitor, and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and administer contracts, monitor contract implementation, and review and verify payment applications and final account settlements.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, and perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Recommend improvements to departmental procedures, workflows, templates, and other relevant documentation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company’s Management.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with cost estimating software is preferred.
