On the morning of March 27, 2026, Phuoc Thanh joined the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City (UAH) in a series of events on Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) – an urban development model integrated with public transportation systems.

The event series features exhibitions, seminars, and networking activities, all centered on urban development oriented around public transport. A key highlight is the exhibition “UAH in Motion with TOD”, showcasing 25 outstanding design projects from the Faculties of Architecture, Urban Planning, Fine Arts, Urban Infrastructure Engineering, and the Institute of International Education, along with 25 in-depth theses and dissertations by postgraduate students and researchers.

The program also explores TOD implementation in Ho Chi Minh City, experiences from metro development, the integration of planning, infrastructure, and urban space, as well as land value optimization. Through its participation, Phuoc Thanh’s leadership demonstrates a strong interest in transit-oriented urban development, the role of technical infrastructure in shaping integrated urban areas, and emerging opportunities in urban railway projects.

By accompanying the TOD – UAH event series, Phuoc Thanh continues to affirm its role as a proactive enterprise in bridging academic knowledge and practical application, contributing to sustainable urban development in Vietnam.

On the morning of Saturday, March 14, 2026, ��ݮ��Ƶ Corporation held the Outstanding Project Recognition Program – FIATO Airport City at its office, with the attendance of the Company’s Board of Management, the Project Management Board, and Heads and Deputy Heads of departments.

The program was organized to recognize and honor the efforts, sense of responsibility, and effective coordination of both teams and individuals throughout the project implementation process.

At the program, ��ݮ��Ƶ Corporation honored the Outstanding Project Management Board – FIATO Airport City Project 2025. In addition, the Company also commended individuals with outstanding contributions to the project:

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY 8/3 – WHAT’S HAPPENING AT ��ݮ��Ƶ?

On the morning of 7 March 2026, the atmosphere at the Phuoc Thanh building became more lively than usual as the female staff were treated to a friendly gathering in celebration of International Women’s Day (8 March).

During the programme, the Company’s leadership extended their warmest wishes and presented small gifts to all the women – a gesture of appreciation for the quiet yet invaluable contributions of the “cherished half” of the Phuoc Thanh family.

The gathering also featured practical sharing on workplace health care, from maintaining proper sitting posture to simple stretching exercises that help relieve tension after long hours in front of the computer.

In addition, participants received thoughtful gifts and enjoyed health consultations as well as neck–shoulder–back therapy sessions, helping them recharge after busy working days.

A particularly heartwarming highlight of the event was the lunch prepared by the men of the Company – a small gesture that brought warmth and plenty of laughter to the celebration.

TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY OF Z1 TOWER | DREAM CITY PROJECT CT-03 – VINHOMES OCEAN PARK 2

Amid the cool weather and the bustling rhythm of the year-end season, as the whole country eagerly prepares to welcome the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse, the construction site of Dream City Project CT-03 – Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 has become more vibrant than ever. In this spirited atmosphere, ��ݮ��Ƶ Corporation, in close coordination with the Investor, the Supervision Consultant, and all partners, subcontractors, and suppliers, officially held the Topping-out Ceremony of Z1 Tower, marking a significant milestone in the construction journey and bringing the project one decisive step closer to completion.

The topping-out of Z1 Tower—part of a large-scale development covering 3 hectares, comprising three 27-storey towers and two basement levels (3 hectares of basement area)—not only records the leading construction progress within the Dream City complex (CT-01, CT-02, CT-03), but also once again affirms the position and credibility of ��ݮ��Ƶ Corporation. This achievement reflects the contractor’s capability to steadily earn the trust of top-tier investors in the Vietnamese construction market through effective on-site organization and construction management.

This milestone is the result of close coordination, unity, and strong responsibility among all parties involved: the Investor – Truong Minh Real Estate Investment and Development Co., Ltd. & Masterise Group, the Project Management and Supervision Consultant – Artelia Vietnam, together with ��ݮ��Ƶ Corporation and its partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

On the morning of 31 January 2026, ��ݮ��Ƶ Corporation, in collaboration with the Project Owner – S.I.S Vietnam International Stroke Services Joint Stock Company, solemnly held the Topping-Out Ceremony for the S.I.S Center for Advanced Research and Training in Stroke Treatment, Ho Chi Minh City, located at Lot E5-1, D1 Road, Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Project Owner, domestic and international medical experts, representatives of the Management Board of Saigon Hi-Tech Park, the main contractor Phuoc Thanh, along with project design consultants, supervision consultants, and other stakeholders.

During the ceremony, Dr. Tran Chi Cuong, representing the Project Owner, together with his associates, shared insights into the significance and strategic importance of the project in advancing research, training, and specialised treatment of stroke in Viet Nam. Following this, the delegates carried out the final concrete pouring, officially marking the topping-out milestone of the project.

The project is developed on a site area of over 11,000 square metres, comprising one basement level, eleven above-ground floors, and one rooftop technical floor. Upon completion and operation, the S.I.S Center Ho Chi Minh City is expected to enhance the application of high-end technologies in stroke diagnosis and treatment, while enabling a greater number of patients—particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds—to access high-quality healthcare services at more affordable costs.

The topping-out ceremony represents a significant milestone, affirming the strong commitment and close coordination between the Project Owner, ��ݮ��Ƶ Corporation, and all participating parties throughout the construction process. On the morning of 15 January 2026, ��ݮ��Ƶ Corporation, in collaboration with the Dong Nai Integrated Agricultural Service Cooperative Union (DonaCoop), solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Long Hung Social Housing Apartment Project in Long Hung Ward, Dong Nai Province.

The event carries profound political and social significance, marking a meaningful contribution in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The ceremony was honoured by the presence of leaders from Military Region 7 Command, senior representatives of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee, leaders of relevant departments, agencies, local authorities, and representatives of the press and media.

The Long Hung Social Housing Apartment Project, developed by DonaCoop, comprises six 25-storey residential blocks with a total scale of 2,805 apartments. ��ݮ��Ƶ COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION OF L.S PACK FACTORY – PHASE 2

On the morning of 14 January, Phuoc Thanh, in its role as the main contractor, in collaboration with the Investor – L.S Pack Co., Ltd., successfully held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the L.S Pack Factory – Phase 2 at Lot C2-3-3, Northwest Industrial Park, Tan An Hoi Commune, Ho Chi Minh City.

The project is developed with a three-storey scale, marking the next milestone in L.S Pack’s strategy to expand its manufacturing capacity.

Previously, in August 2023, Phuoc Thanh successfully completed the construction of Phase 1 of the factory, comprising two storeys, fully meeting the stringent requirements for quality, schedule and safety.
