Amid increasing US trade tariffs on Chinese goods, there’s a strong wave of manufacturing factories relocating from China to Southeast Asian countries, including Vietnam. This is seen as a major opportunity for the construction industry, as many FDI projects—especially in the industrial and logistics sectors—are continuously being launched.
